Guys you don't need to add both .pak files to DLC folder, V2.0 and future versions will have the previous versions in the .pak file, i Reccomend removing the older version in that case ( BR187 Final Cook.pak) and just have the new one installed, have fun building scenarios :)

Hmmm, somehow this is not working for me. Im trying to create a scenario with the HBK dostos but it's not showing up for me. I have the HBK dlc but i don't the have other dlc's that are required for this mod.

Saw a lot of negative reviews on steam, I have all the DLCs your mod requires, other than what it adds to the game, did you make changes to the really bad seat position and the really erratic AFB controls, and it has not gotten better with TSW3 or 4.
