Frisco T-54 DCSV Update (Fix to add #1513)

Historical Dlisclaimer: I have no way of knowing weather a Particular member had the Frisco logo number plate or the rectangular one because few photos of class members exist. I did this mod as best as i could with what I had to work with.

**Edit March 16, 2024: it seems my file has falsely being labeled as malicious if you are having issues with the zip file try the dcsv file by itself. you can also contact me in TSC and i can send the file directly **

This mod will give you all 30 T-54 Class members (1500-1529) of the Frisco (SLSF) T-54 Class 4-8-2. The T-54 Class was built starting in 1923 with the final member being built in 1926. today 6 members of the class survive

1501 is Preserved in Rolla, MO
1519 is Preserved in Enid, OK
1522 is Preserved in St. Louis, MO
1526 is Preserved in Lawton, OK
1527 is Preserved in Mobile, AL
1529 is Preserved in Amory, MS
