In 2000 the Shasta line was extremly colorful, with short, fast freights, and consists very often containing SP and CNW power, both roads having been absorbed by the UP a few years previously. Amtrak was also at the begining of a period of change, with both the debut of Phase V later in the year as well as some of the final runs of the F40PHs as standard main line power. It is in this "rainbow" environment that you will haul Amtrak train #14, the Northbound Coast Stalight across the entire subdivision in a single part. Your consist is P42DC and F40PH in matching phase III paint, with 10 Superliners and two express boxcars trailing.
There are multiple meets in which the player stops in this scenario, and to make them as intended, you will need to stick very close to the speed limit. Addionally, 7 miles of track from Black Butte-Dry Creek have had ballast work recently, and there is still a slow order in place on this section of track for 20 MPH.
Most aspects of this scenario (consist, meet locations, slow order) were lifted directly from a blog about a trip on the Coast Starlight in May of 2000.
More prototype info (and rant about SD70Ms) can be found in the readme file.
Payware requirements are linked below, all of the rest is freeware and is linked in the readme.

There is no consist to drive. You have a lot of loose consist. The AMTRAK consist is not there. Your readme file isn't accurate for items needed. The locos used appear to be items that need to be downloaded from various sites. I'm not sure where to find the GE AC4400CW UP 01 and 02. They aren't in the TP folder.
