Southern Serves the South

The Southern Railway is one of the most iconic railroads in North America. From the famous Saluda Grade with its challenging 4.8% Grade, to the beautiful PS-4 Pacifics that pulled the Crescent Limited the railroad certainly made a name for itself. The Southern's fleet of Bay Window Cabooses were often seen behind many locals even after the Railroad mergered with the Norfolk & Western to become the Norfolk Southern Corporation. Many of them were seen behind trains up until the Mid-90s when the EoT (End of Train) Device started to take hold. While Norfolk Southern still has a handful of these Bay Window Cabooses for Shoving Duties, many of them have been retired. This pack repreesnts 4 of these little Cabooses asseen between the 1980s to 1990s.

Installation Instructions

1.) Open the Uilities program and install the RWP file via the Package Manager.
Alternitavely you can extract the RWP file with the program of your choice and manually place them into the Assets folder.

2.) Copy the WP_caboose.GeoPcDx Shape from the following location:
C:\Program Files (x86)\Steam\steamapps\common\RailWorks\Assets\DTG\FeatherRiver\RailVehicles\Freight\Caboose\Wagon
You'll need this for the repaint to work.

3.) Next past the Shaape file into each of the five Cabooses located over in:
C:\Program Files (x86)\Steam\steamapps\common\RailWorks\Assets\DTG\FeatherRiver\RailVehicles\Freight\SOU

4.) Repeat for the remaining four cabooses

5.) Enjoy and have fun
